Consultations may be offered for brand, business, digital, PR, marketing, content, website, strategy, or MDI Consults GTV-related support.
A consultation may be used to understand your needs, review your current position, answer questions, provide guidance, or recommend next steps.
Consultations do not automatically include implementation, document drafting, website development, campaign execution, or ongoing advisory unless specifically agreed.
Fees for consultations, where applicable, must be paid as agreed before the consultation takes place, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that MDI Consults will accept the project.
After reviewing an enquiry, we may recommend a consultation, service package, quote, discovery call, proposal, project agreement, GTV eligibility review, documentation audit, custom advisory plan, or no engagement where the request is outside our scope.
Any quote or proposal issued by MDI Consults will be valid for the period stated in the quote or proposal. Where no validity period is stated, the quote may be subject to review after 14 days.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond to requests for feedback or materials in a timely manner
- Submit necessary documents, images, brand assets, access details, or project information
- Review drafts, designs, documents, or deliverables within agreed timelines
- Make payments as agreed
- Avoid providing false, misleading, stolen, unauthorised, or unlawful information
- Respect project boundaries and agreed scope
- Communicate delays or changes as early as possible
MDI Consults is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or reduced project quality caused by missing information, delayed feedback, unclear instructions, or failure by the client to provide required materials.
8. Payments and Fees
Service fees will be communicated through a quote, invoice, proposal, written agreement, or email confirmation. Payment terms may vary depending on the service type and project scope.
MDI Consults may require full payment before service begins, a deposit before work starts, milestone payments, monthly retainers, project-based fees, consultation fees, or advisory package fees.
Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments must be made through the payment method provided by MDI Consults.
9. Late Payments
Where payment is delayed, MDI Consults may pause work, withhold deliverables, delay project timelines, or suspend services until payment is received.
The client remains responsible for all agreed fees for work already completed, time already spent, or services already delivered.
For ongoing retainers or recurring services, failure to make payment by the due date may result in suspension or termination of service.
10. Refunds
Refunds are considered based on the nature of the service, stage of work, and terms agreed.
Consultation fees, advisory reviews, strategy sessions, digital audits, GTV eligibility reviews, evidence audits, and completed service work are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially started.
Where a client cancels before work begins, any refund will be considered after deducting administrative costs, payment processing fees, consultation time, planning work, or any work already completed.
MDI Consults does not provide refunds for dissatisfaction caused by a client changing their mind after agreed work has been delivered, where the service was delivered according to the agreed scope.
11. Project Scope and Revisions
Each project will have an agreed scope of work. Any request outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may attract extra fees.
Revisions may be included depending on the service package or agreement. The number of revisions, revision timeline, and revision limits should be agreed before or during the project.
Revisions do not include a full change of direction, new project requirements, additional pages, new services, extra documents, or changes that were not part of the original scope.
12. Timelines and Delays
Project timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as fixed deadlines in writing.
MDI Consults will make reasonable efforts to deliver work within agreed timelines. However, timelines may be affected by client delays, missing information, late payments, change of scope, technical issues, third-party delays, illness, emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances, and delays from website hosting, domain, software, platform, or external service providers.
MDI Consults is not responsible for delays caused by the client or third parties outside our control.
13. Website Development and Digital Services
For website, UI/UX, digital audit, digital setup, or related services, the client may be required to provide domain access, hosting access, brand assets, logo files, website copy, images and media, product or service information, login details where necessary, and payment for third-party tools, plugins, hosting, domains, subscriptions, or integrations.
MDI Consults is not responsible for third-party platform failures, hosting issues, domain expiry, plugin faults, software changes, cyber incidents, or external service interruptions unless a specific maintenance agreement is in place.
Website maintenance, updates, extra pages, additional features, troubleshooting, or post-launch support may attract separate fees unless included in the original agreement.
14. MDI Consults GTV Terms
MDI Consults GTV provides strategic advisory, profile positioning, evidence organisation, documentation support, and application-readiness guidance for global talent pathways across Arts & Culture, Tech, and Academia.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information, evidence, documents, and statements they provide are truthful, accurate, complete, and legally obtained.
15. No Guarantee of Results
MDI Consults aims to provide strategic, professional, and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, viral growth, media placement, search engine ranking, website traffic, investment approval, visa approval, endorsement approval, business funding, customer conversion, partnership success, social media growth, or any fixed commercial result.
Results may depend on market conditions, client effort, audience behaviour, third-party decisions, timing, budget, platform changes, and factors beyond our control.
16. Client Materials and Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure they have the right to use any materials they provide to MDI Consults, including logos, images, videos, documents, music, brand assets, website content, testimonials, credentials, and third-party information.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining permission, licences, or rights for materials they provide. MDI Consults is not liable for claims arising from unauthorised or unlawful materials supplied by the client.
17. Ownership of Deliverables
Ownership of final deliverables will depend on the agreed service terms. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Final approved deliverables may be used by the client after full payment has been received.
- Drafts, internal notes, strategy frameworks, unused concepts, templates, working files, and process documents remain the intellectual property of MDI Consults.
- MDI Consults may withhold final files or access until all outstanding payments are completed.
- MDI Consults may use non-confidential project summaries, screenshots, designs, or project names for portfolio, case study, marketing, or credibility purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
18. Confidentiality
MDI Consults will take reasonable care to keep confidential information shared by clients private. Confidential information may include business plans, documents, strategies, credentials, project details, unpublished materials, personal information, and GTV-related evidence.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, becomes public without breach by MDI Consults, was already known before disclosure, is required to be disclosed by law, is shared with permission, or must be shared with team members or service providers for project delivery.
19. Third-Party Tools and Services
MDI Consults may use or recommend third-party tools and services, including but not limited to website hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms, payment processors, booking tools, analytics tools, social media platforms, design tools, cloud storage platforms, and plugins, themes, or software.
MDI Consults is not responsible for the policies, performance, pricing, security, downtime, changes, or failures of third-party tools or service providers. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting third-party terms where applicable.
20. Communication
MDI Consults may communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, video calls, project management tools, or other agreed communication channels.
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally. MDI Consults reserves the right to pause or terminate a service where communication becomes abusive, threatening, dishonest, exploitative, or unreasonable.
21. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may cancel or terminate a project based on the terms agreed in the relevant proposal, invoice, agreement, or written communication.
MDI Consults may terminate or pause services where the client fails to pay, does not provide required information, changes the scope without agreement, provides false or misleading information, the request becomes unlawful or unethical, the client behaves abusively or unprofessionally, or the work becomes impossible due to third-party or client-related issues.
Where a project is cancelled, the client remains responsible for fees relating to work already completed, time already spent, costs incurred, or services already delivered.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDI Consults will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of our website, services, advice, deliverables, or third-party tools.
This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss caused by third-party decisions or platform changes.
Our liability for any claim related to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
23. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The website may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, cyber incidents, or circumstances outside our control. MDI Consults is not liable for any loss caused by website unavailability.
