Important Information About Our Global Talent Advisory Service

MDI Consults GTV is a specialised advisory service created to support exceptional and emerging talents with profile positioning, evidence organisation, documentation strategy, and application-readiness guidance for global talent pathways.

This disclaimer explains the scope and limits of our GTV support. By using MDI Consults GTV services, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging us for GTV-related advisory, you acknowledge and agree to the information stated on this page.

1. Advisory Support Only

MDI Consults GTV provides strategic advisory and preparation support. Our role may include helping clients with:

  • Eligibility review
  • Profile assessment
  • Evidence audit
  • Evidence mapping
  • Gap analysis
  • Personal brand positioning
  • CV and profile review
  • Portfolio structure
  • Recommendation letter guidance
  • Documentation strategy
  • Case narrative development
  • Application-readiness support
  • Preparation roadmap for clients who are not yet ready

Our support is designed to help clients gain clarity, organise their profile, improve documentation, and understand how to prepare more strategically.

2. We Do Not Guarantee Approval

MDI Consults does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Endorsement approval
  • Application success
  • Recognition by any endorsing body
  • Acceptance by any government department
  • Any specific immigration outcome
  • Any fixed timeline for approval
  • Any decision from a third-party organisation or authority

All decisions relating to visa applications, endorsements, immigration status, or eligibility are made by the relevant official bodies, government authorities, endorsing organisations, or authorised institutions. MDI Consults has no control over such decisions.

3. We Are Not a Regulated Immigration Adviser

MDI Consults GTV does not replace regulated immigration advice or legal advice. Our service focuses on profile positioning, evidence organisation, documentation strategy, and global talent readiness.

Where a client requires legal immigration advice, legal interpretation, regulated application advice, or representation, they should consult a qualified and regulated immigration adviser, solicitor, or legal professional.

MDI Consults does not present itself as a regulated immigration adviser unless expressly stated through a properly authorised professional relationship.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information, evidence, documents, and statements they provide are truthful, accurate, complete, and legally obtained. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • CVs
  • Biographies
  • Portfolios
  • Public profile links
  • Media features
  • Awards or nominations
  • Reference details
  • Recommendation letters
  • Employment history
  • Academic records
  • Creative works
  • Publications
  • Project records
  • Evidence of recognition or impact
  • Previous application documents

MDI Consults is not responsible for false, misleading, incomplete, fabricated, exaggerated, stolen, or unlawfully obtained information provided by a client.

5. Evidence Review Does Not Mean Evidence Acceptance

When MDI Consults reviews a client's evidence, this does not mean that the evidence will automatically be accepted by an endorsing body, immigration authority, or decision-maker.

Our evidence review is based on strategic assessment, profile structure, presentation, relevance, clarity, and readiness. Final judgement on evidence rests with the relevant official body or decision-maker.

6. Eligibility Feedback Is Not a Final Decision

Any eligibility feedback provided by MDI Consults is advisory only. We may give an opinion on whether a client appears ready, nearly ready, not yet ready, in need of stronger evidence, or better suited for a preparation roadmap.

However, this feedback is not an official eligibility decision. Only the relevant authority, endorsing body, or official decision-maker can make a final decision on eligibility, endorsement, or visa outcome.

7. Recommendation Letter Guidance

MDI Consults may provide guidance on recommendation letter structure, content direction, referee suitability, and strategic positioning.

However, recommendation letters must come from genuine and credible referees who know the client's work and can honestly speak about their achievements, impact, and professional standing.

MDI Consults does not support false references, fake endorsements, fabricated letters, or misleading claims.

8. Portfolio and Public Profile Support

MDI Consults may advise clients on how to structure their portfolio, CV, biography, website, LinkedIn profile, or public-facing materials.

This support is intended to improve clarity, presentation, and professional positioning. It does not guarantee that a portfolio, profile, or document will be accepted by any official body or result in a successful outcome.

9. Not-Yet-Ready Clients

Some clients may not be ready to proceed immediately with a global talent pathway. In such cases, MDI Consults may recommend a preparation roadmap to help the client build stronger evidence, visibility, recognition, portfolio materials, public profile, or professional positioning over time.

A preparation roadmap does not guarantee future eligibility or future approval. It is a strategic development plan designed to help clients understand what to improve.

10. Third-Party Decisions

MDI Consults is not responsible for the decisions, delays, requirements, changes, interpretations, or actions of government departments, endorsing bodies, immigration authorities, legal advisers, universities, employers, industry organisations, media platforms, award bodies, professional bodies, third-party reviewers, or any other external institution or decision-maker.

Requirements may change, and clients are encouraged to check official guidance regularly or seek regulated advice where needed.

11. No Misrepresentation

MDI Consults does not support dishonest, misleading, fraudulent, or exaggerated claims.

Clients must not submit false evidence, fake media links, fake awards, fake letters, fake employment history, edited documents, or any information intended to mislead an official body or decision-maker.

Where MDI Consults becomes aware of false, misleading, or unethical conduct, we reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate the service.

12. No Guarantee of Timelines

MDI Consults cannot guarantee how long any external review, endorsement process, visa process, or official decision will take.

Timelines may vary depending on the relevant route, official body, submission quality, external processing times, third-party delays, policy changes, or other factors outside our control.

13. Use of Official Guidance

Clients are encouraged to review official guidance from the relevant government department, endorsing body, or official institution before making decisions.

MDI Consults may use available guidance to support general understanding and preparation, but official sources remain the primary reference for formal requirements.

Where guidance changes, MDI Consults is not responsible for decisions made based on outdated information previously available.

14. Confidentiality

MDI Consults treats GTV-related information with care and confidentiality. Information shared with us for GTV advisory may include personal, professional, creative, academic, or business-related materials.

We use this information only for relevant advisory, documentation, review, communication, or service delivery purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

  • Visa refusal
  • Endorsement refusal
  • Delayed decisions
  • Change in official requirements
  • Client-provided false or incomplete information
  • Third-party decisions
  • Missed deadlines caused by client delay
  • Unsuccessful outcomes
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Any decision made by an official body, government department, or endorsing organisation

Clients engage MDI Consults GTV with the understanding that outcomes are not guaranteed.
